modelprint.shop respects intellectual-property rights. If you believe content on the Marketplace infringes your rights, follow the process below.

How to file a DMCA takedown notice

Email dmca@modelprint.shop with the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work (title, registration number if any, link to the original).
  2. Identification of the allegedly infringing material on the Marketplace — the URL of the listing or order.
  3. Your contact information — full legal name, email, phone, mailing address.
  4. A good-faith statement that you believe the use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or the law.
  5. A statement under penalty of perjury that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf.
  6. Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

  • We will review your notice and, if it is complete and credible, remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material promptly.
  • We will notify the user who uploaded the material with a copy of your notice (excluding contact information if you ask).
  • The user has the right to file a counter-notice.

Counter-notice

If your content was removed and you believe the takedown was a mistake or misidentification, email dmca@modelprint.shop with:

  1. Identification of the material that was removed and where it appeared.
  2. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed in error.
  3. Your name, address, phone, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court in your judicial district, and that you will accept service of process from the original complainant.
  4. Your physical or electronic signature.

If we receive a valid counter-notice, we will forward it to the original complainant. They have 10 to 14 business days to file a court action; if they do not, we may restore the material.

Repeat infringers

We terminate accounts of repeat infringers. Three substantiated DMCA notices against the same account result in account termination.
